This position supports facility operations directing appropriate standardization of evidence based practices as well as identifying and recommending strategies for fulfillment of opportunities. Must be eligible for or hold a current state license to practice nursing in base stateAdvanced degree required or in processEither BSN or advanced degree must be in a nursing fieldMust have a minimum of 3 years experience in Operating Room nursing, and leadership competency typically achieved through a minimum of five(5) years progressively responsible positions of perioperative leadership, preferably in a medium to large multispecialty environment and ideally in small facilities as wellA top candidate will have experience with leadership over multiple sites Important Notes
