SUMMARY
The Enterprise Logistics Coordinator arranges product transportation from vendors, geographic areas, or customers for single or multiple distribution locations. This position is responsible for professional and timely communication with internal and external customers. Communications across divisional lines and with key customers is a critical element in this position. The enterprise logistics coordinator is critical to the success of the enterprise buyer achieving order fill, inventory level, and inventory flow goals. The enterprise logistics coordinator supports activities, related strategies, and planning to achieve objectives involving purchasing, product transportation, and product storage. This position requires an individual capable of multitasking and project prioritization. This position requires highly detailed and precise execution. Correct execution at this level eliminates waste up and downstream. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Book and route contracted freight carriers to pick up and transport vendor purchased products. Book and monitor backhaul freight. Process freight bills through processing partner (ABMI). Process, monitor, and collect freight claim settlement dollars. Meet established goals for Order Fill measured by daily lost sales within every division. Meet established Inventory level requirements measured by percent of inventory > 28 days to total inventory within every division. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None Skills / Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from college or university; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be a Retalix TMS 2000 expert. Must have basic Word, Excel and Math skills. Strong team player Understanding and support of the SFC Culture as attached. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Strong people skills Strong verbal/written communication skills. Must understand and comprehend English documents. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures i.e. add, subtract, multiply in whole number, decimals, and fractions. Able to calculate amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
