Positions in this function maintain general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports. You may potentially perform account reconciliations and analyses, prepares journal entries and reviews accounting classifications, in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principles depending on your qualifications.
Involved in the monthly/quarterly 'close' process in the aspect of being responsible for several invoicing processes and revenue recognition.
Prepares documentation in support of external and internal audits.
Help the business achieve Revenue and IOI targets
Review structures, costs and revenues to find opportunities to generate additional IOI for the business
Assist in managing AR >90 days by collaborating with the collections team
Support SOX-like controls and audit initiatives
Deliver high quality, fact-based work every time, on time
Be ever conscious of the protection of Personal Health Information (PHI)
Support PCI (Payment Card Industry) controls and compliance
Support change and innovation
Invoicing and revenue recognition

Skills / Requirements
High School Diploma or GED is the minimum requirement
2+ years experience within an accounting role
Microsoft Excel (Must know how to use pivot tables and manipulate data)
First-Class customer service skills is a requirement
Must have effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Must have the ability to multi-task and flexibility to shift priorities as needed
Associate level degree or higher highly preferred
