Additionally, we provide vocational skills training and affirmative employment in: catering, design/build/construction services as well as facilities management services.
Provides a variety of support services in connection to the day-to-day operations in an environment servicing mental health clientele. Duties may differ among networks. Depending on location duties may include some or all of the following; receptionist, data entry, scheduling, filing and file maintenance, produce letters, memos, and reports. Cross-train in all operations tasks. Provides pertinent information and recommendations to Office Manager in accordance with center/program goals and objectives. Also performs medical records duties including, but not limited to, pulling and distributing medical records, timely and accurate filing of document in medical records, responding to Release of Information requests, conducting chart audits on closed records.
Monday-Thursday 8:45am-5:45pm
Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
**Hours may vary if evening coverage is needed**
Skills / Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS-EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS:
' High school diploma
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS-EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
'Minimum 2 years administrative experience, including 2 years in
customer service.
'Type 35 wpm or more.
'Excellent computer skills, with extensive experience using
programs within Microsoft Office, to include Access and Excel.
'Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
'Excellent organizational skills.
'Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
'Strong ability to interact successfully with a variety of
individuals.
'Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing
priorities
'Ability to lift 25 - 30 lbs. on a regular basis
'Ability to bend and stoop for long periods of time (2-4 hours)
'Strong knowledge of "Release of Information" process
