Position will assist Clinical Supervisor in coordination of daily operation of the branch, orienting, supervising field staff,& performance evaluations. Accepts & processes all intake info related to client admissions when CS unavailable. Participates in QA activities, assists with inservices, staff training, staff visits, administrative on-call, monitors client lab results as needed, obtains and verifies insurance info. RN, minimum of 1 yr. clinical experience with supervisory experience, proficient with computer and all standard office equipment, able to travel to client's homes, other branches and designated meetings. Able to promote strong interpersonal relationships & deal with the demands of the position. Good written & oral communication skills. Supervises all field staff in the absence of the Clinical Supervisor.

Skills / Requirements

RN, licensed in Colorado. Minimum of one year of clinical experience. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. Computer literate, knowledgeable of phone & voice mail, fax & other office equipment. Able to demonstrate good written & oral communication skills. Reliable transportation to travel to client homes, other branches and designated meetings. Able to effectively supervise field staff in absence of Clinical Supervisor. Must work well with others and able to promote strong interpersonal relationships and deal with the demands of the position.
