Medical Center expanding
healthcare system includes a 218-
bed medical center with Level II
trauma care in Cheyenne,
Physician Group, and Home Care
Centers that expand to Wheatland
and Torrington.

Under the supervision of the
Director, the nurse manager has
24 hour responsibility for the
effective implementation of the
philosophy, goals, policies, and
procedures of the hospital and
the nursing department and their
effect on patient care outcomes
in a designated unit. The nurse
manager has authority to make
decisions on the unit and the
responsibility and accountability
for the nursing staff and the
delivery of patient care.

Skills / Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
"Associate's degree from an
accredited school of nursing
"RN licensure in the State of
Wyoming
" BLS
"Minimum of 4 years experience in
an acute care setting or related
field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
"Prior management/staffing
experience
"Bachelor's degree from an
accredited school of nursing
