Performs direct and indirect care in collaboration with team leaders including, but not limited to LPNs, RNs, Charge Nurse, Adult Day Program, Assisted Living and Home Health services. Previous experience with elderly preferred. HS diploma/GED or equivalent CNA work experience (3 yrs +) Colorado CNA Certification and CPR required
