Our Management Training Program hires at entry-level and develops individuals for promotion within our company. One of the many benefits that The Marketing Group can provide as part of our management training program are travel opportunities. Not only are we located in Denver, but due to our clientele relations, such as with AT&T and Verizon, we also have business affliates in all 50 states. As you progress in our management training program, you have the opportunity to visit and train in other sales and marketing offices and develop your business skills. Spending time with sale representatives, human resources, assistant managers, and owners with 1 to 15 years of experience, is all part of the management training program. Within the next couple of years, as a company, we are looking to expand globally. We are looking to expand into the European and Asian regions. Due to the demand in outsource marketing, we will be looking to acquire clients in these prospective markets and grow internationally.

Field Training
The first step in the management training program is field training. During field training, individuals learn skills that are invaluable and essential to any business. Individuals learn how to communicate effectively, organize a detailed presentation, handle objections, and close business deals.
Account Executive
Once field training is complete, candidates take on a leadership role. An Account Executive is not only responsible for managing campaigns and new accounts, but also is responsible for developing and managing a sales team. The ability to transfer knowledge and directly impact other team members is the key for a promotion to a management position.
Campaign Manager
As a Campaign Manager, individuals will learn the daily operations of The Marketing Group. Campaign Managers learn how to conduct interviews, organize company meetings, manage financials, oversee campaign management, and work directly with our administrative staff. This training is vital to advancement into the management position.
Marketing Director
The training process concludes when candidates demonstrate that they have developed the skills and entrepreneurial mindset to run their own marketing office. Marketing Directors effectively service our new and existing clientele, as well as lead and coach teams to successfully train others through the management training program. Marketing Directors continue to expand their business knowledge, strengthen their people skills, and strive to reach their full career potential.
1. Why is your form of marketing more effective than others?
Face-to-face sales and marketing proves to be very effective for our clients. Through building rapport, establishing trust, and creating a personal relationship, we can easily transfer knowledge and address concerns with our customers. We have increased profit margins, customer loyalty, and overall market share for our clients.
2. How long does it take to become a manager?
On average, candidates advance to a management position in less than a year. An exceptional work ethic, a great student mentality, and an overall eagerness to succeed will allow an individual to advance more rapidly.
3. Does it matter that I don’t have any experience?
No, experience is not required. We are willing to invest time to train the right candidate.
4. What are you looking for in a candidate?
We are looking for a self-motivated professional. Individuals that excel in our company possess great interpersonal skills, take an aggressive approach to learning new things, and are intense on setting and achieving goals. We are looking for candidates that are driven and passionate about success.

We specialize in direct marketing, representing some of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the world. Fueled by an incredible drive, ambition, unrelenting work ethic, and the desire to be successful, The Marketing Group is looking to open its third office in the next two months and by the end of the year, have a total of ten new offices.
