Welcome to the San Luis Valley Mental Health Center. We are pleased to be of service to families and individuals throughout the region.

Providing counseling and education to adults, adolescents, children, families and seniors, the Mental Health Center serves residents in Mineral, Costilla, Conejos, Saguache, Rio Grande and Alamosa Counties.

The Mental Health Center and its staff are committed to understanding and improving the mental and emotional health of the people we serve. We do so by providing caring, confidential, high-quality, cost-effective services.
