Colavria Hospitality offers facility management services for Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities.  Colavria provides comprehensive management services to facilities, serviced by our Clinical Quality Assurance, Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, and Culture Change Departments. 

Parkside at Saint Paul is a state of the art unit for skilled nursing care, specializing in services and environments to promote therapeutic healing in the wake of a hospitalization.  The rooms and amenities are first-class, and the unit is fronted by a new, grand entrance.  We can't wait to unveil our new project for you. 

Saint Paul celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2005!  Residents, families, staff and community members toasted the anniversary in November with live bands, delicious food, and the first public unveiling of the Parkside plans.

We pride ourselves on the success of our rehabilitation unit, where many elders have participated in an agressive program of physical and occupational therapy--with plenty of respite time to maintain their strength.  Often after a short stay, individuals return home stronger and safer, to be reunited with family.
