Poudre Valley Health System provides a regional network of health care services for the people of northern Colorado, southern Wyoming, and western Nebraska. Our Facilities:

 Poudre Valley Hospital Poudre Valley Hospital is a 255-bed regional medical center offering a wide array of treatments, surgeries, and diagnostic tests in more than three dozen medical specialties.  PVH specializes in heart, orthopedic, trauma, neuroscience, cancer, and bariatric surgery services for residents of northern Colorado, southern Wyoming, and western Nebraska.

We're proud to have won a number of awards for the care and services we offer patients and families. Those honors include Top 100 Hospital, Healthgrades Distinguished Hospital Award for Patient Safety and the Magnet Award for Nursing Excellence.

Medical Center of the Rockies

Medical Center of the Rockies, the newest addition to the Poudre Valley Health System, is a 136-bed regional medical center offering a full spectrum of services, with specialties in cardiac and trauma care. 

Harmony Campus  PVHS' Harmony center combines physician offices, outpatient services, and a cancer center. 

Mountain Crest Behavioral Health Mountain Crest Behavioral Healthcare Center is dedicated to helping people with mental health and substance abuse problems achieve a balanced life and the highest level of health and well-being. 

Family Medicine Center  The Family Medicine Center offers general medical care for families and people of all ages. Services include obstetrics, pediatrics, and geriatric care. The Center also offers individual, couples, and family counseling, as well as counseling for wellness and biofeedback.

Occupational Health Services Occupational Health Services provides local companies and their employees with a comprehensive program designed to prevent, treat, and manage care for work-related injuries.  We have two clinics, OHS North and OHS South, to serve urgent care for injuries, diagnostic testing, case management, rehabilitation and massage therapy, physical exams, drug and alcohol screening, and a full range of preventive services.

Windsor Medical Center  Our facility offers residents of the Windsor area a wide range of conveniently located physician and health care services.  Specialties available include family practice, general surgery, ophthalmology, pediatrics, and radiology. Physical therapy services are also available.

Our Clinics We offer primary and specialized medical services for the community at several clinics. At our clinic facilities, you can receive primary physician care, urgent care for minor injuries and illnesses, occupational medicine for treating and preventing on-the-job injuries and illnesses, mammograms and other services for women's breast health, and rehabilitation services.

In addition to the Heart Center of the Rockies and Trauma Center of the Rockies, Medical Center of the Rockies has two intensive care units, a birthing center and well-baby nursery, a medical nursing unit, a surgical nursing unit, and full-service radiology and laboratory.
