Passionate commitment to ensure the success of the employees as well as the company shows through the progressive programs and benefits offered to our team members.  For example, we have created an environment that encourages healthy habits such as our Health and Wellness programs and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  In two years, Phil Long has built three on-site fitness centers.  The Fit Factories are located in the Ford Store in Motor City , as well as the Ford Store in Chapel Hills, and also in Denver at our Saturn of Denver Store.  We offer personal training sessions, on-site health assessments, weight loss/gain programs, nutrition education, and a multitude of other programs to promote healthy minds and bodies.
