Profile: Denver Area Health Care Recruiters Association

DAHCRA is a local chapter of the National Association for Health Care Recruitment (NAHCR).  Organized in 1981, NAHCR is an association of professionals dedicated to the promotion of best practices in healthcare recruitment, hiring and retention.

The Denver chapter was formed in 1982, meeting every other month, to support members in achieving their recruitment and retention goals.  Additionally, the organization works with area healthcare organizations, educational institutions, professional societies and the media to generate interest in healthcare careers, and to promote employment opportunities for those seeking employment in the healthcare field.
