Jobing Description

Do you like helping people* Do you like to be involved in your community* If you do, this maybe the job for you. Position available assisting adults with intellectual disabilities. Community Integration is the goal for our Day Program. The consumers are involved in Volunteer Opportunities, Educational Programming and Group Activities.

  • Provide supports and services to day program participants, including, hygiene, meals, non-ambulatory transfers.
  • Complete all documentation as required (incident reports, progress notes, etc.)
  • Attend all trainings, in-services, team meetings as required.
  • Maintain current driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Assist with maintenance of day program facility.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    Located in Longmont

    Skills / Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED.
  • Valid Driver's license and auto insurance.
  • 1st Aid, CPR, Medication Administration, CPI-trainings offered post hire.
  • Other trainings within 30 days.
  • Background check post offer.
