Jobing Description
This position is responsible for the design, implementation and management of associate benefit plans and programs that deliver maximum employee value that are cost effective and achieve the financial savings goals of the organization. The incumbent directs benefit programs that meet the needs of a diverse associate population and are meaningful and innovative with the objective of effectively attracting, retaining and engaging associates at all levels. The incumbents role is critical in supporting the SCL Health System (SCLHS) business and HR Strategies and plans and further SCLHS mission through effective stewardship of resources
Skills / Requirements
MBA with concentration in HR Management or Finance
15 years of building experience in Human Resources including 6 - 8 years of relevant benefits management experience and prior experience in other areas of Human Resources
Prior Corporate Benefits and/or Investment Committee experience
5-7 year of prior management experience
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designations would be a plus but not required
