High School diploma or GED&minimum of 1 yr phlebotomy exp and 1 yr customer service exp. Successful completion of phlebotomy course may replace exp. Obtains medical history. Performs vitals&screening tests. Performs phlebotomy for donor whole blood collection&samples. Clerical duties, quality control&quality assurance.

Skills / Requirements

BLS and a valid CO Driver's License Required
