Additionally, we provide vocational skills training and affirmative employment in: catering, design/build/construction services as well as facilities management services.



Provide for the overall cleanliness of the exterior common areas, grounds, parking lots, playgrounds, pool areas, sidewalks and balconies. Perform landscaping duties as required.

Skills / Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS-EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS:

'High school diploma or equivalent preferred.











MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS-EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

'Previous experience preferred

'Flexible and able to work with persons of varied social and

cultural backgrounds.

'Ability to perform job duties with a high degree of accuracy.

'Ability to work independently.

'Possess mechanical and motor skills required to perform duties.

'If driving is necessary, must have valid driver's license with

clear MVR that complies with organizational insurance
