We have an excellent opportunity available for high-energy and motivated sales professionals at our Englewood, CO call center.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a creative, solution-oriented professional with strong sales and communication skills!

  • Approximately 80 inbound and outbound calls daily with heavy emphasis on outbound calls
  • Sell Extended Service Plan policy to existing Good Sam members
  • Use consultative selling skills to close sales
  • Build and manage pipeline
  • Ensure member satisfaction and loyalty by building rapport and establishing long term member relationships
  • Must demonstrate the ability to meet quality assurance guidelines on every call

    Skills / Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • 1 year inside sales experience
  • Must have demonstrated abilities to convert and close sales opportunities
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Insurance (Property and Casualty) background preferred
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly across multiple levels C
  • Comprehensive computer skills required
