Job: Residential Program Manager

premier residential psychiatric treatment facility for children and adolescents, is seeking a
Residential Program Manager for our Westminster campus.

The Residential Program Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of all services related
to the units, including programming, fiscal and personnel activities for the applicable program.
This includes supervision of unit supervisors, scheduling and activities. The Program Manager
ensures that each area of the program is operating consistently and in congruence with
organization expectations and programming requirements. This includes spending approximately
half of their time on the units during regular operations, completing unit audits and staff
competency observations. The Program Manager works closely with the clinical and education
leadership to ensure smooth operations throughout the program and identifies and corrects
problems as they present themselves.

Position is highly independent and must demonstrate significant discretion to act within policy but
be able to make decisions that go beyond standard operating procedures. Must be self motivated to
achieve goals and meet deadlines. Supervision will be in accordance with experience, training and
demonstrated performance.  

Experience: Minimum 2 years supervisory experience. Computer skills required.

Education: Bachelors degree in human services field. Masters degree preferred.
