Job: LPN- Nurse Coordinator

Licensed Practical Nurse
Ensure the health and physical welfare of all consumers on current caseload by organizing and implementing all aspects of nursing care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

KNOWLEDGE -
a) to understand and operate within a team environment
b) of the developmental disabilities system rules and regulations


SKILL -
a) to set priorities and meet deadlines
b) to function interdependently between consumers, co-workers, administration
c) strong organizational skills
d) attention to detail


ABILITY -
a) to meet and maintain organizational driving requirements
b) to interact with a variety of individuals
c) to operate personal computer and software as supplied by the agency


EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING
a) graduate of an accredited nursing school, licensed to practice in the State of Colorado
b) must complete organization orientation requirements
c) maintain and increase knowledge of developmental disabilities.

EXPERIENCE
a) one year of nursing experience with Developmental Disabilities preferred
b) two years basic nursing experience preferred
