Job: Maintenance Manager

We are currently recruiting an energetic, goal oriented Maintenance Manager for our 210 room Hilton Garden Inn Cherry Creek scheduled to open in December 2009. This person is responsible for the successful coordination and delivery of service in the maintenance department.

This position requires 2-3 years experience. Candidates for consideration will have excellent working knowledge of and experience in all facets of building maintenance. Opening experience preferred. Knowledge of electrical, HVAC required. Must be a strong motivator, leader and trainer. Excellent guest service skills, a high level of organization and attention to detail are required.
