Job: Leasing Agent

AMC, LLC would like to announce the opening of a Leasing Agent position at Windsor Court Apartments.

The Leasing Agent is responsible for completing lease forms and agreements, collecting rental deposits, ensuring the "model" apartments are ready for show, assist the manager in collection of delinquent rents, processing of all administrative forms and report. Maintain all resident and property files, play an active role in the lease renewal process.

- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required
- Previous apartment leasing experience is preferred.
