Job: Registrar

Invision Sally Jobe, a 70 physician practice composed of 13 out-patient imaging centers, is looking for a Registar at our location in Littleton, CO.


The Registrar greets and admits patients for radiology exams, answers multiple phone lines, inputs demographic and insurance information. Performs basic office tasks and procedures typical in medical office positions.

Monday - Friday 9:30am- 6:00pm

Previous medical office experience required, preferably in a clinical setting. Computer literate- RIS knowledge a plus. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Ability to adapt to various situations, work independently and a quick learner. Good organizational skills, flexible, dependable, and reliable.
