We are currently seeking a Leasing Manger to join our outstanding team!

We are seeking an energetic individual with excellent salesmanship and a track record of outstanding customer service. Someone who enjoys interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis, enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and welcomes change. No two days will be the same. Responsibilities of the Leasing Manger includes:

Able to oversee a team of 2 to 3 Leasing Consultants.

Ensuring that our policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the leasing process.

Will be responsible for making sure the Leasing team consistently hits the benchmarks on our shopping reports and that the presentation to all prospects was consistently excellent.

Work with the CD to develop marketing plans and strategies and would be responsible for outreach marketing as well as updating print and internet sources on a regular basis.

Will take on responsibility with the CD for ensuring that the target units and tour path are in pristine condition each day.

Will be responsible for Daily Routine Checklist, making sure everything is completed each day.

Will need to be a dynamic and hands on person who leads through example.

Will be expected to be a top notch leaser in their own right.

1-2 years experience in sales or industry-related field

Outstanding customer service skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Previous Management experience a plus.
