We are in need of 6 experienced technical support/troubleshooting agents to help troubleshoot video surveillance equipement for large retail corporations.
Skills / Requirements
Must have strong customer service, technical and communication skills.
MUST HAVE 2 YEARS PLUS IN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT. Experience troubleshooting, and experience with technical support is mandatory Must have excellent communication skills Must be able to pass a 50 state background check Must have at least 2 years customer service experience |
