Jobing Description
Great opportunity for an inside sales consultant with 2 to 3 years of telephone sales and service experience. Schneider Sales Management is a nationally known and respected sales training and consulting firm that has been in business for over 26 years.

Conduct outbound telephone sales to human resource managers in the banking and credit union industries. Sell the industry’s only pre-hire assessment testing product for banks and credit union sales personnel. Over 20,000 financial companies to sell to—develop your own leads and follow-up on leads provided by the company. Responsible for the entire sales process from lead development to closing the sale.

Handle existing client inquiries and service requests. Conduct training for new product users via web-conferencing.

Skills / Requirements
Experience in B2B sales to financial institutions and/or experience in the recruiting or job search business is highly preferred.
Effective telephone sales and service skills are a must.
Demonstrated ability to sustain high outbound call activity. 75+ outbound calls per day.
Ability to influence other over the telephone.
Ability to effectively use web-conferencing technology for sales demonstrations and new client training.
Work experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is a plus.

Prior experience in the staffing or recruiting industry, or selling to human resource managers is a plus.
