Job: Health Information Management Supervisor

We are seeking a Health Information Management Supervisor to join our team!

Responsible for:

Medical Records Data Input

Maintaining and preparing Medical Records for admission and discharge for 125 residents

Chart Audits

Monitoring Timely Physician Visits

Approximately 35 hours/week.

Prior Long Term Care Experience required

Ideal candidate will be extremely organized and efficient, highly competent, attention to detail, friendly and patient.

HIM Experience Required

Prior Long Term Care Experience preferred
