This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating compensation programs throughout the organization as part of our overall business strategy. Uses both internal and external data to evaluate existing compensation systems and programs so that programs remain competitive and meet ever-changing market dynamics.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Finance, Business, or Human Resources) or the equivalent work experience in the specific field is required, along with a minimum of five to seven years of experience developing compensation programs that address all levels of employees (staff to executive leadership) including physicians, as well as in different health care delivery systems, i.e. acute care hospitals, outpatient centers, physician offices, etc. Advanced MS Office skills (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and experience working with HRIS systems are necessary, especially around the functionality of paying wages and the interrelationship these activities have on the company’s insurance programs, overall benefit design, and accounting practices. Knowledge of benefits administration and ERISA regulations is preferred.
