ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Skills / Requirements

That being said, an ideal candidate would demonstrate these attributes: - Detail oriented with good organizational and multi-tasking skills. - Team oriented, must have ability to work cohesively with others. - Strong telephone skills to be able to interview and assist caller - Must possess high initiative with strong desire for excellent customer service. - Strong communication skills to be able to interact positively with customers, coworkers. - Strong problem solving skills with the ability to offer recommendations and/or solutions to complex customer inquires. - Must be able to work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines. - Personal computer skills to include Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the internet. And would also exhibit strong competencies in: - Intellect (the ability to learn, understand and innovate). - Personal skills (integrity, candor) and Interpersonal skills (oral and written communication, a genuine desire to serve others, etc.). - Ability to work independently and solve problems using resources at hand. - Proven ability to multi-task, follow-up and follow-through. - Excellent proficiency on computers in general and in using Microsoft Office Suite. Education and/or Experience: - 1 - 2 years Bank operations experience preferred. - Detailed knowledge of banking regulations and compliance as it relates to bank operations. - Bachelor’s degree with related area of emphasis preferred.
