A company located in Littleton is seeking an assembler. You will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling thing film batteries (TFB) for micro-electronic applications.
Shift is days - Monday - Friday 7-4 As a member of the manufacturing team, this position will operate manual and semi-automated fabrication equipment using cutting, cleaning, heating, laminating and conversion processes for a thin film battery manufacturing line. Position also involves soldering and gluing of small parts. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Work as part of a manufacturing team producing thin film batteries Meet production goals in the areas of quality, quantity, and all other relevant specifications Ability to be cross trained and work in several different areas of production Operate and maintain all relevant production equipment Collect and use data to monitor production processes Work closely within process team to implement new concepts to manufacturing PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands associated with the performance of the duties described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Requirements:
Requires experience in cleaning products (chemical baths) and knowledge of the manufacturing process. Three to five years in a high tech assembly or manufacturing environment *Clean room experience is a must! Handling of delicate materials, must have good dexterity Soldering experience is a plus Equipment process experience Good hand/eye coordination and strong attention to detail Experience in inspection and quality control Important Notes
