We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter.

This position is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing and consultation services to managers across the Denver and Eastern office locations. The team member must have experience in full cycle remote recruiting and presentation of professional and executive candidates. Principal responsibilities include coordinating and conducting detailed search assignments for remote recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and selection functions, ensuring that company, state, and federal policies/laws are followed in recruitment and placement procedures, providing accurate and timely feedback to Supervisors and Managers on the status of applicants, developing effective recruiting strategies, acting as a liaison for third party temporary services, and managing the request for service, and coordinate billing process, if needed, maintaining, on-line applicant tracking records, managing the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing of assigned job requisitions, using effective communication approaches including proactively keeping managers informed, expressing ideas, providing recommendation on candidates, timelines and postings, and other duties as assigned.

Skills / Requirements
  • College degree or commensurate experience
  • Thorough understanding of how to source candidates in SEM, SEO, CPA, CPM, Marketing, Ad Agency, and/or Social Media environments
  • Previous I.T. Recruiting experience is preferred
  • 5+ years recruiting experience, 3+ years recruiting on senior level positions and working knowledge in Employee Relations and/or Generalist functions preferable
  • Must be able to quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to meet business needs, beating competitors, and operating within financial resource constraints.
  • Ability to work effectively under critical time factors and adapt to frequently changing work assignments
  • Professional who operates tactfully in utilizing strong persuasion and negotiations skills
  • Strong multi-tasking
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and statutes
