Job: IT Support Analyst

Ensign United States Drilling Inc. is a premier Oil & Gas Drilling and Service company with operations located throughout the Rockies and California. We are seeking an individual to provide desktop support both at the U.S. headquarters in Denver, Colorado as well as other offices and field operations. The following set forth the major responsibilities of this position:

Providing desktop support to all users in EES USD, remotely, or in remote locations as required.

Strong interpersonal skills with proven customer service delivery skills

Self directed ability to function under pressure in a stressful rapidly changing team environment

Maintain physical networks and network operating systems.

Work with users to provide technology solutions for business problems

Identifying, planning and completing infrastructure projects relating to networking, desktop standards, electronic
communications, and other information technology areas

Ensure all computer and related hardware is in optimal operating condition.

Remain well-versed in Service desk policies, procedures, standards and documentation

Keep abreast of changing technologies.

A+ Certification

Degree, diploma or certificate computer technology

1 - 2 years working in a similiar large environment

Experience in Microsoft networking, operating and database systems.

Experience with incident and problem management tools such as HEAT

Troubleshooting skills, experience with XP operating system

Experience supporting office suite of products

Experience with HP, Dell warranty authorizations

Experience of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures

Administrative, organizational, and communication skills

Interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent team work skills.
