To develop, administer, direct and coordinate strategic and tactical operational activities and programs directly related to the Pharmacy services for SAC. This includes evaluating and providing quality services to the identified service lines that are with team members to reduce the gaps and overcome the barriers. The process of evaluation and process improvement will include a close working relationship and collaborative working relationship with other management staff. In this manner, the position will play both a strong strategic role as well as a tactical role of insuring that work processes are designed to produce high quality clinical outcomes cost effectively. The incumbent is the position will work with the teams that provide care not only for Pharmacy Services, but for all Clinical Services.

Skills / Requirements
* B.S. or Pharm.D. degree required
* Prefer M.S. or M.B.A.
5 years of Management experience in Pharmacy

The hospital was opened more than 100 years ago as a result of the determination of the Sisters of St. Francis who pioneered the development of health care institutions in the western United States. Today, that pioneering spirit is alive at St. Anthony Central Hospital. The hospital is the only non-profit Level I trauma center in Colorado. St. Anthony Central Hospital is the home base for Flight For Life Colorado. Flight For Life, established in 1972 by St. Anthony Hospitals, was the nation's first hospital-based air emergency medical transport program.

St. Anthony Central Hospital is entering one of the most exciting periods of its history, as we prepare to begin construction of a new campus to replace our existing 110-year facility.
