We are looking for a Human Resource Specialist. to maintain a professional Human Resource Department dedicated to promoting organizational commitment by being a resource for associates.

Must be looking to continuously improve Human Resource procedures complying with state/federal laws in an ethical, confidential manner.

Key HR functions include: recruiting, employee record retention, legal compliance, training, benefit administration, and administrative support.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Human Resources field, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, and/or Workforce Planning; and one to two years related experience and/or training.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Ability to multitask.

Requires prior knowledge of Human Resource practices, legal compliance issues, and administrative functions.

Ability to continuously maintain a professional working environment in all verbal and written communications.

Ability to work with a diverse associate population. Foreign language ability (Spanish) a plus, but not required.
