Job: Project Manager – Mid-Level

Winter Group is a marketing, communications, and research agency, with special concentrations in the education, library, and publishing markets.

We are seeking to hire an Account Executive/Project Manager that provides support to our clients. Duties include managing projects from concept, through creative to final product. Strong communication skills required, strong project management skills required; advertising agency or in house marketing department experience also required. No entry level applicants or candidates with no experience need apply.

Those interested should have an eye for detail and have the ability to articulate clearly, be creative, and be personable. Successful candidates must have a strong desire to be in the advertising/marketing business, work well under tight deadlines, and have an optimistic attitude.

Responsibilities Include:
• Manage multiple client projects and day-to-day tasks
• Project coordination and interaction with agency departments
• Market analysis, planning, and marketing recommendations
• Managing such projects as email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, print production of brochures, catalogs and other materials
• Maintain outstanding client relations with multiple clients
• Forecasting budgets, keeping projects on budget and on time
• Some travel to industry events and trade shows

• BS/BA in Marketing/Advertising
• Experience at an ad agency or in house Marcom department
• Recent grads with some experience will be considered
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Highly-motivated, self-starter who can handle large tasks without a lot of handholding
• Must possess strong computer skills (proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point) and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to direct creative and edit copy a plus
• Clients and Profits experience a plus
