Job: Route Sales Representative

Responsible to the District Manager for delivering rental and direct sale textile products to customers, maintaining records and collecting funds owed the company, and returning soiled rental textiles to the plant for reprocessing.

The Route Sales Representative is also expected to market new rental or direct sale items to new and existing customers on the route. The Route Sales Representative represents the company to its customer, and must present a positive, businesslike personal appearance and attitude. The position may be assigned other duties as needed.

The successful candidate must have basic math skills, recognize colors and sizes, and be literate in English.
The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and 2 years previous sales experience.
Physical Requirements: This position requires driving a delivery truck on a daily route. Must be able to load and unload textile items on a truck. These tasks require stooping, pulling, pushing, lifting, moving loaded carts and reaching overhead. The candidate must be able to lift 75 lbs. unassisted.
