Job: CNA/ Nurse Aide - Boulder Area

Complete Home Health Care is a Medicare/Medicaid certified home care agency serving clients up and down the Front Range with branches in Boulder, Denver, Brighton, Englewood, Longmont, Colorado Springs, Pueblo and Cañon City. We are currently seeking a Nurse Aid / CNA to join our team in the Boulder Area!

Provides skilled personal care and necessary homemaking services to clients under the direction of the Case Manager and the established Home Health Aide Plan of Care.

Completes and submits accurate documentation of visits as required.

Reports changes in client conditions to the Clinical Supervisor or Case Managing RN.

Completes 12 in-service hours per year.

Promotes customer satisfaction for all clients, family members ad visitors to the agency.

Approaches tasks with a positive and flexible attitude and practices team behaviors.

Nurse Aide Requirements:

Current Colorado CNA Certificate

Current CPR training/card

Current experience or training (within the past two years)

Able to travel to client’s homes in all weather conditions

Must live in the near Boulder Area
