An industry leader in Denver, CO is currently seeking a qualified candidate to provide internal IT support to all of our employees (under 80).
Skills / Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree required.
-Must have at least 3 years experience as a Help Desk Technician. -Must have experience as an Exchange Administrator. -Must be able to work independently, provide excellent internal customer service and maintain confidentiality. -Must be proficient in supporting a mixed OS environment (Windows, Mac). -Must have experience including telecommunications support, including VoIP. -Must have strong project management, prioritization skills. -Must have experience with VPN and remote access support. -Must support office manager with all moves and changes of workstations and telephones. -Must provide misc. administrative support including: application upgrades, system back up and recovery, and support documentation. -Must provide general IT support to the office, including workstation set ups, fax maintenance, laptop maintenance, printer maintenance, and A/V support for meetings.
