Job Details:
Summary: Faculty position teaching first, second, and third year Family Medicine Residents in all patient care settings, caring for patients directly in all patient care settings and providing clinical direction to the operations of the Family Medicine Center in liaison with the Clinic Supervisor and the Program Administrator/Practice Manager.

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of accredited residency in Family Medicine. Unrestricted Colorado Board of Medical Examiners physician license. Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in the course of practice.Appropriate credentialing through Medical Staff Services. Medical staff membership at either Poudre Valley Hospital, Medical Center of the Rockies or other medical staff affiliated with Poudre Valley Health System. Diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine. NALS certification required. ACLS/ALSO certification preferred. ADDITIONAL CREDENTIALS: Eligible to provide reimbursable Physician services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid. Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusions from either the Health and Human Services/Office of Inspector General (HHS/OIG) Cumulative Sanction Report or the General Services Administration`s (GSA) List of Parties Excluded from Federal Programs.
