Jobing Description
The overall responsibility of this position is the development, management and oversight of all aspects of the Golden Opportunity Intern/Volunteer program. In coordination with Leadership Academy project team and designated Executive champions and Exec level program supervisors, develop and implement the Golden Opportunity Intern/Volunteer program,
„« Ongoing development and implementation of policies and procedures in coordination with Jefferson Center P & P.
„« Coordination of services and activities of GO interns/volunteers to provide effective services through a brief, episode-of-care treatment model while monitoring services provided by interns and volunteers; balance case loads and demand
„« Monitor, utilize and generate complete and accurate data for decision making. Monitor and evaluate progress and outcomes.
„« Take leadership in GO sustainability efforts. Promote the financial stability of the Golden Opportunity program through sound fiscal and personnel management.
„« Coordinate with the Volunteer and Intern Coordinator to:, recruit interns and work with the various universities and colleges, recruit professional volunteers, consult with various team supervisors for placement of interns and professional volunteers
„« Develop a coordinated system of supervision with delineated duties for clinical supervision by professional volunteers and identify supervision provided by the GO Program Coordinator.
„« Participate in supervision with Executive DCOOs by coming prepared with an agenda. Report high risk/problem cases, identifies system issues within Jefferson Center and the broader community and utilizes a problem solving approach as well as feedback. Attends supervision at times and intervals agreed upon with supervisor.

Skills / Requirements
Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker or comparable license plus 2 or more years clinical supervisory experience. Knowledge of stages-of-change, various evidence-based models of treatment, motivational interviewing, episode of care and culturally competent treatment. Proven track record of successful project management at the team and organizational level. Clinical supervisory experience preferred or evidence of strong clinical supervisory skills. Sound understanding of financial principles, and ability to utilize data are important. Excellent communication skills needed including facility with writing and public speaking. Experience in the preparation and delivery of workshops and trainings. Experience with grant writing preferred. Bilingual preferred.
