Clinical Quality Coach
Great opportunity for a motivated individual to join our nationally recognized community health center. Partner with the integrated Physician Nextwork (iPN) and Avista Hospital in providing high quality, continuously improving medical care, health education, and preventive services to the underserved. Use population based management approaches to develop, implement and measure quality improvement plans. Develop quality improvement aims with iPN clinical leaders, defines measures of success and leads rapid cycle tests of change for iPN practices. Serve as the expert quality coach to iPN practice teams to lead or facilitate quality improvement activities. Provide clinical project management, data analysis and measurement of outcomes, documentation and results reporting of quality improvement initiatives.

Requires: BS/BA in related field required, Master’s level degree preferred. Health care quality improvement experience preferred. Excellent communication, research, organization, presentation, meeting facilitation and problem-solving skills necessary. Excellent word-processing, spreadsheet and internet/email skills required.
