Job: Branch/Marketing Manager

Nationwide Human Services Company is hiring a Branch/Marketing manager for our Denver branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operations of a branch office including budget, staff, compliance with State/Federal/accrediting bodies regulations or standards of service, customer service and community relations. The position is also responsible for marketing of services essential to maintaining existing business and growing the program in the defined area. These tasks require excellent communication and organizational skills.

• BS or similar years of experience in related area. Minimum three years of supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel internal and external to the company.
• Desire and ability to expand and build business relationships.
• Excellent problem solving skills to handle client and employee issues.
• Must be able to travel extensively.
• Valid driver license and auto insurance required.
• Good MVR and clean background
