This position is responsible for the overall administration, direction and control of the Villa of Pueblo residential community for Independent, Assisted, Supervised and Skilled Nursing Units, where applicable, at the facility. (125 Independent apartments, 45 beds in assisted living which are Medicaid and private pay and 60 Nursing home beds which are Medicaid and Medicare) Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Nursing Home Administrator with a successful track record of managing and operating where concern/well-being for residents is paramount as well as the mentoring of employees. Successful candidates must possess a strong knowledge of regulations related to nursing homes/assisted living and Medicare Medicaid. Position requires high visibility within the community to foster positive relationships.

Successful candidate will demonstrate effective leadership to assure communication of Centura Health's mission, vision and core values and promotes the success of its goals. Bachelor's/Master's Degree required in Gerontology, Business or Hotel Management, Healthcare Administration or related field. Must also have their Colorado NHA.

Namaste Alzheimer Center in Colorado Springs received 4 out of 5 stars in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' 5-star nursing home ratings. Developed an "Independent Plus" program, offering support/personal care services and medication management, to help seniors transition between independent and assisted living in our senior communities.

Medalion Retirement Community (CCRC) has 72 Independent living, 30 assisted living beds and 60 skilled nursing beds.
