Responsibilities:
The certified nursing assistant (CNA) is responsible for the provision of personal care and basic rehabilitative and restorative services to individuals under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, physical therapist, or licensed practical nurse (may apply to LTC only). Additionally, the CNA is accountable for on-going data collection and documentation of all components of care he/she provides to customers in Banner Health System. Collaborates with team members to provide excellent customer service. Responsible ethically, legally and for personal behavior as an assistant to clinical team members.

Pay opportunity is $10.69-$17.09.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma/GED.Current CNA licensure.BLS certification. Float Pool positions require at least one year of acute experience.
