Job: Case Manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. BA or BS and 2 years experience in residential programs for persons with a developmental disability, or the equivalent in education and experience.

2. Must have completed formal training and be able to demonstrate proficiency in behavioral management, medical management, CPR/First Aid.

3. Ability to obtain and put into practice knowledge of the rules and regulations which guide CCLC.

4. Skill in working with individuals with a developmental disability.

5. Skill in interviewing, counseling and training direct care staff.

6. Demonstrated skill in coordinating, setting priorities, and supervising the work of others.

7. Willingness and ability to complete required training as defined by the Region Manager on an established schedule.

8. Willingness to obtain and provide, prior to employment or within 90 days, a doctor's statement that indicates the person is free of evidence of illness which might conflict with the consumers’ interests or health.

9. The dress code requirements for this job requires suitable professional dress for all meetings involving consumer families, outside agencies, etc.
