Job: Program Manager - Custom Facing

Duties and Responsibilities

Establish and track high-level project priorities coordinating between customer and internal company technical teams.

Work with technical teams to create cost/effort quotes for customer product requests.

Prepare and present program status, plans, and roadmaps to customer and internal teams.

Must lead, organize, and status coordination meetings.

Interface directly with customer to understand and summarize technical/field issues for hand-off to internal technical teams.

Provide interface between internal business (sales) partners and technical teams, representing customer projects.

Must understand high-level technical product offerings and have ability to communicate technical aspects of offerings to customers and internal sales partners.

Required to frequently travel to North American customer.

Education

B.S. in technical discipline; or B.A. in business-related discipline;

Experience

PM II – Meets minimum education requirements and 2+ years experience in technical program management.

Sr. PM – Meets minimum education requirements and 5+ experience in technical program management.

Skills

Quick learner; ability to work in a team environment with minimal input.

Ability to understand technical aspects of products and effectively communicate these aspects.

Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.

Ability to follow through with commitments and fulfill deadlines.
