Job: Financial Professional / Securities - Life Insurance Account Manager

Ultimately, we would look for anyone we make a part of FFG to become an Executive within the organization within 2 years, and then leading your own division the company within 3 - 5 years.

In this role initially, you will:
-Demonstrate Insurance and Financial product knowledge, including Life Insurance and Annuity products, as well as Retirement, College Savings, and Company Retirement Plans.
-Meet with clients to identify their financial goals, develop strategies to help them accomplish these goals, and develop life-long relationships.
-Service existing client accounts as an Account Manager.

As you gain experience, in addition to the above you will:
-Participate in the management aspects of the Financial Services Industry including training, interviewing potential job candidates and leading staff and production meetings.
-Be provided the opportunity to be a Mentor to newly licensed representatives.
-Learn all the supervisory and compliance requirements to lead your own division of a company in the financial services industry.
-Work closely with the Senior Partners of FFG to determine where your division of FFG will be located.
