We are hiring for the following position at the Lady Luck Casino: Casino Shift Manager

The Casino Shift Manager oversees the shift operations of the casino and all departments in the absence of or in concurrence with department heads. Ensures the safety and security of employees and customers, manages processes and programs to effectively control and reduces loss time injuries. Responsible for overseeing daily operations of the table games. Reviews staffing levels, delegate authority and assign responsibilities. Develops of staff, interviews, hires, and evaluates. Delegates duties and assign responsibilities. Reviews and manages department’s financial data. Review table game activities and promotional status with Sr. Director. Monitors and adjust performance to local competition. Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary. Other duties as assigned.

Being bilingual is helpful but not a necessity.
