Job: Project Manager/Estimator -$40-$85,000

Armor Steel is looking for an inside Project Manager/Estimator who not only has the experience to succesfully estimate and manage contractors for commercial projects, but over the next 12-24 months, also has the ambition and desire to work with the President of the company to groom and train future Estimators & Project Managers. We currently have 2 inside Estimator/Project Manager trainee openings. The most important requirement is the willingness to successfully estimate and close building projects while over a 12-24 month period, and to be willing to study and learn from our President and Founders vast experience in commercial and pre-engineered steel building construction.

2-5 years of residential or commercial construction experience may be helpful, and pre-engineered steel experience will be very benificial. But more importantly, we are looking for employees that have good character and work ethics that go the extra mile and are teachable; which we feel will more than compensate for any lack of pre-engineered experience.
