Performs various duties in the Laboratory Telephone Center to ensure timely and accurate communication regarding test result routing and other laboratory information.

HS Diploma or GED required as well as 1-3 years previous expeirence. Ability to verbally communicate with customer in a clear and easily understood manner required.
